Interpretation: Ever since mankind unleashed the power of Nuclear fission, the desire to make larger, more devastating weapons has seemed irresistible to the largest superpowers on earth. As Nuclear technology and knowledge disseminates to more and more humans, many of whom have questionable regard for life, it becomes inevitable that nuclear weapons will be unleashed at a level that will create an uninhabitable planet.
