I've owned a few different lockdowns, all exhibited different flight characters. The shockwave plastic flies as advertised, definitely more over stable. For me, if I put it on a little anhy it goes like 250 feet before dumping over on a hard fade. Very consistent, very useful.
Full disclosure, this was my first Lockdown. Right away I love the feel and look of the Shockwave plastic and Doomsday team always hitting with best stamps. I got the Headless Horseman stamp. The 50 or so throws I've got on it both field and course I think runs a 0 turn 2.5-3 fade. We'll see how it seasonal up with some trees. Only negative i can find is, it is heavy 176g. Heavey for my taste in drivers.
Definitely a bag it not box it disc. Straight flyer with a predictable fade. Went right in the bag. Great feel in the fingers, both back and forehand. Will definitely Be ordering a second.
With this disc in Shockwave plastic disregard the word "Slightly" in the description. Its a fast, straight flying disc with a solid predictable fade and skip at the end. It quickly earned a spot in the bag for its consistancy.
True to description is a bit more over stable than you’d expect. But still a great looking plastic and great flying disc. Happy I got 2 when they dropped.
