Radioactive Waste Blackout

This is the Radioactive Waste plastic which is glow-in-the-dark blend, usually with splotchy black “toxic waste” effect. The Blackout is a popular, understable 9-speed disc option that is usual for any player’s bag. It’s also one of the discs that will last into the apocalypse, lighting the way through a dark future.

Love the disc but customer service was better!

The disc throws amazing and I found a new one for my bag. I ordered the 170 gram disc but apparently before the site updated that they were out of stock. Instead of just telling me sorry you aren't getting your disc there was a hand written note with the lighter disc and a free wooden mini. Can't love this company enough!!!

Great disc

I love the grippiness of this disc. In only my third round throwing it, I got a CTP with this disc in my weekly league round.

What’s not to love

I absolutely love the blackout it’s easily one of my favorite discs, use it on a ton of different holes. Even started working on hyzerflip forehands with it and they are fantastic!

Versatility, ready for open or wooded fairways

This was the disc that introduced me to Doomsday, after being suggested to me by Amazon. I am SO glad that I gave it a shot, because it is now one of my favorite discs to throw. The plastic feels great, though it does have a distinct smell to it. The rim shape is extremely comfortable, and the first disc I could consistently hyzer flip as a beginner. It's flippy, but not to the point where it'll burn over into the ground. Great for lower arm speeds, I would recommend the Blackout to anyone and everyone.

The magnum opus of Doomsday Disc

The blackout is by far the absolute best disc Doomsday has released. The disc is very comfortable in my hand and probably for most others and add the amazing flight of the blackout and it makes this one of the perfect beginner disc. It is also still super useful to someone who’s more advanced and wanting to carve up fairways in the woods or lay down some sick rollers for big distance.
